Patients on repeat medication will receive a computer-printed prescription with an attached re-order form.

When will my prescription be ready to collect?
Your prescriptions will take two full working days to process
What If I Don’t Have A Re-Order Slip?
We can still help. Please write out your request giving:
Name, date-of-birth, address, home telephone number
- Name of medication
- Strength of tablets
- Quantity of medication needed
Ordering By Post?
If you enclose a stamped, addressed envelope, we will post the prescription back to you. You should allow a week to get your prescription back.
If you have not already signed up for online services you will need to register for this - please ask a receptionist regarding this and they will be able to issue you with a password. This applies to children also. Once registered you can order via the link at the top of this page.
Can I Telephone?
We cannot take prescription requests by telephone because of the risk of mistakes.
What if I’m Going on Holiday and Need to Order my Prescription Earlier?
No problem. As long as you let us know in time – please don’t leave it to the last minute!
Problem with your Prescription?
If you have a problem with a prescription that has been collected, please telephone 01246 456938 between 08:30 and 17:30.
We need to review repeat prescriptions on a regular basis. If we need to see you about this we will let you know.
Some chemists offer a prescription service. Please ask at your usual chemists for information.
