Have Your Say

Vision Statement

It is our aim to create a place where we provide the best care possible for our patients within the constraints of the NHS; where we are supported, have time to reflect and allow ideas to flourish and be realised. All of these will enhance the experience of our patients, staff, colleagues and local community. It is our aspiration that all staff will know that they are valued, and their work contributes to providing the highest quality of care possible. We aim to manage the practice in a financially responsible manner.

Your Practice Needs You!!

Here at Whittington Moor Surgery we pride ourselves in the care and services we provide to our patients however as a registered patient you may have an opinion on something we are not doing quite right or you may have suggestions on how we can improve. If so we would welcome you to join our Patient Participation Group.

We meet approximately every 3 months (we meet virtually via zoom) and discuss a range of issues, we also update the group on staff joining and leaving along with any potential new services we may be thinking of providing for your opinion and views.

If you are interested or would like some further information on the group  please email . Thank you

The Health and Safety of both our patients and staff remains our priority. Thank you for your co-operation.

New triage system

We are aware that our phone lines are very busy, this is due to increasing demand on our services. To benefit our patients and to try to ease these pressures our admin team we will now ask you 4 questions .

If you are calling for results or general queries please call us after 11am when our phones are less busy.

We advise patients to only start calling at 8am if you are needing same day medical attention.

Please consider seeking support from other sources such as your local pharmacist, NHS choices website and 111 online. Please also see the self-care tab on our website.

If you are asked to come into the surgery, you must remember to wear a face covering at all times, be assured measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
