We are aware that our phone lines are very busy, this is due to increasing demand on our services. To benefit our patients and to try to ease these pressures our admin team we will now ask you 4 questions .

If you are calling for results or general queries please call us after 11am when our phones are less busy.

We advise patients to only start calling at 8am if you are needing same day medical attention.
